> This morning, from the office parking lot there was a spectacular site.
> Not only were the trees covered in frost, which is pretty rare in the foot hills,
> But in the valley a big cloud looked like it was resting on the ground.
>
> No other clouds were around.
> It wasn't really foggy.
> Just a big white puffy cloud tucked in
> and sleeping in the middle of the suburban area.
>
> I am not sure why it needed a rest,
> but it did look like it was tired of flying.
> And just needed a break.
>
> Maybe it was huddled on the ground to keep warm,
> since it is only 4 degrees today.
> Or maybe it over slept...

If you fear change, leave it here
Best tip jar I ever saw... I have been leaving change all over the city.
Yoga week 3...
Should be getting easier, but instead,
Chair pose..... Ughhhhh
I worked harder and am more sore tonight!
Hot yoga is very interesting to me.
I did quite a bit of yoga in college, and got buff. Here's hoping for that!!
I always found more flex and better yoga at night after body was moving all day.
Hot yoga is an extra push to have warm muscles before you start.
Not something I ever thought I would like.
Last week got intense dizzy but hydrate better during the day
and that doesnt happen... it is much easier and no headaches.
I still don't love 105 degrees,
but I could see how if I get in better shape,
I could learn to like it.
Here's to hoping this change will ward off more fear and cause better health.
